Death Of The Black Queen

This is a game of chess.
The Queen is obviously the most valued piece for her ability. This queen had a massive ego that accompanied the fact. Getting killed by a measly white pawn I guess is what's most crippling to her. Despite the rules of the game, before her death she used her last strength and killed the white pawn who killed herm and so he vanished. That's dark, inky egos for you.
As soon as she dies, I suppose the player was useless without her. Maybe they where in checkmate. Surviving pieces just vanished, the Black King collapses in defeat as he is to be taken by the opposing sides.... I could explain more in this but that takes away all the lovely metaphors and probably more beautiful interpretations that you could get out of this.
